Windows 10 was made available for download via MSDN and TechNet, as a free upgrade for retail copies of Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 users via the Windows Store, and to Windows 7 users via Windows Update. It was released to manufacturing on July 15, 2015, and later to retail on July 29, 2015. It is the direct successor to Windows 8.1, which was released nearly two years earlier. Windows 10 is a major release of Microsoft's Windows NT operating system. Now I am in the process of reinstalling DAZ Studio 4.6.1.17. I have spent literally months Categorising all my Content and use the Smart Content all the time, especially with Genesis and Genesis 2. Why, oh why does DIM need to install its own CMS when there is already one installed and running from the DAZ Studio install, and working fine? No matter what I tried (even my tried and true methods to recover it did not work this time) nothing, nada, zip! Same as last time it killed my CMS again.so I ended it up with no "Categories" no "Products" listings and NO Smart Content. So much so I delved into the world of DIM once more so i could download the new Beta version and run it through its paces. I updated my DAZ Studio to 4.6.1.17 recently, no problems and love the new features.
